Vault

— USDC a share

Cash in the vault divided by shares. Fees flow into cash as they arrive; the price paid for an open stream comes back only through its fees, and a stream that falls short is a loss for the vault.

USDC

Closed until every open stream settles.

What a deposit takes on

  • Cash per share is the only price. Deposits and withdrawals use cash divided by shares, and only while no stream is open.
  • A stream’s price leaves cash when it’s bought. It comes back only through that token’s fees, up to a cap of twice the price.
  • No recourse. If fees stop, the vault keeps whatever arrived and the creator owes nothing more.
  • SOL fees count as zero until they’re sold for USDC, and a stream holding SOL can’t settle until then.
